Selling your home can be a difficult and sometimes upsetting thing to do. On the advice of my parents, I contacted Seka who had recently sold their house. I wanted to sell my house, but I was also a bit ambivalent, not knowing if it was the right thing to do. Right away with my first meeting with Seka, I felt comfortable, she put me at ease and instead of just jumping in and getting the business over and done with, she allowed me the time and space to get my head around the sale. Seka knows the Bannockburn area very well having spent time there for a long time. She’s comfortable with the area, the market and obviously has a good rapport with her clients both buyers and sellers. She sold my house within 2 weeks of advertising. She was always available when I wanted to chat. I would recommend her to anyone, if you have a home you love but need to move on, she will help you get it done.

Kay & Myself are pleased to have the opportunity to rate the service that we were afforded during the sale process of our property 8 months ago. Firstly the signing of the sales agents Exclusive Auction Authority was a rushed experience and for vendors with little experience was qa daunting experience. The reserve price of $750,000 was a price suggested by at least 5 agents and was also agreed to by yourself but fell well short of that at $680,000 which was quite disappointing. We were also disappointed with the number of potential buyers who attended open days we were continually told that numerous potential buyers had been listed but these failed to eventuate. We also feel that not enough effort was put into gaining a sales figure closer to the figure that we were led to believe would be attained.
