At the start Selena was nothing but helpful with the preparation of our home for sale. Market knowledge was good however but did appear to be guided by movements principle which was good as it helped the process. Once a contract was taken out on the p[property some of the contract contents were not revealed to us until the last minute when it was known to our agent prior to us seeing the contract. This buyers and or their legal agent difficult to deal with and at time it appeared to us the sellers that our agent was working for the buyer and not us. Communication of known facts and or requirements of the buyer within the contract by our agent would have assisted to selling process to go much smother. This must be predicated on the time of the year that we sold the house (Christmas/New Year) however we still feel that communication of known fact, requests and or contract requirements would have made the our experience of sellimg go a lot better.
