I picked Selene out of 3 agencies we were considering because she was very polite but kept following up the most out of the three. I would want someone who is selling my property to not be rude to a buyer but be very persistent. She also gave us more realistic expectations. First was “I’ll sell it very fast for you but 30-40K under value” and second agent just gave us unrealistic high price we wouldn’t sell it for. The market went quiet right when we started but Selene kept her polite uplifting calls, sms and emails and kept adjusting the strategy. I was aware of what’s going on all throughout the process and she was very open and transparent with everything. I would pick her again if I had another property to sell. We did get very close to our expectations at the end so we are very happy with results. Thanks again Selene and the team
