Selvan Kanniappan was born in Melbourne in 1981 and has lived locally ever since. He attended Wantirna Primary School and The Knox School before completing a Bachelor of Technology Computer Studies at Monash University in Clayton. Having commenced his real estate career in his teenage years, Selvan has broad experience in the industry, a vast network of contacts and sound knowledge of the area. He has won many awards for top salesperson in the group and is a well known and respected individual. Selvan works extremely hard for his clients and is dedicated to his profession. Excellent Service & Stellar Results

Friendly, quick response and trusted

Selvan has sold two properties of ours. One property was sold 9-10 years ago and another one was sold this year (2019). We chose him again this year since we were happy with him when he sold our first property. We knew that we made a good decision again this time as the property was sold less than a month! Honest. No nonsense. Professional.

We bought a property that was on Selvan's books. We were honest with our budget, time frame and hopeful he would respect our honesty regarding what our budget was as we had a terrible experience recently with another agency. His professionalism and no nonsense approach was exactly what we asked of him and had the purchase go through with no stress or issues at all. He has restored our faith in real estate agents. Smooth Experience!!!

Selvan was very professional, friendly and approachable person. Selling and buying a house can be a stressful time but my experience with Selvan was smooth. We have achieved a reasonable price in a tough market. Definitely deal with him again and highly recommend to others.
