Friendly, transparent and prompt

Serena ensured a smooth prompt sale process and was continually assisting the vendor and myself with our requests. I appreciate the care she took of Pete the vendor who is in his late 80's and made sure he was informed and looked after throughout the negotiating process. Serena's transparency and sense of humour made her a pleasure to deal with.
