Serg Gubecka is without doubt the ultimate professional when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. Selling a property in Queensland when you reside in Victoria can be daunting especially when this is the first time you have engaged an agent to sell a house. The property needed a little "sprucing up" to prepare for sale and Serg was able to not only provide advice on what we could do to improve the property for sale, but was able to assist in finding tradesmen, provision of quotes, and most importantly, supervise work done to transform the property for sale, all whilst we were still in Melbourne. I found it very advantageous to have a one owner realestate agency as my agent with only my best interest at heart and no other agenda. This enabled both parties to have very frank and open discussion with one another going forward towards a sale. As an experienced Seller, I had set a high standard of presentation for the property itself, and I also set a high purchase price above the market price - I challenged Serg Gubecka as my Agent to achieve that sale price.
