This is to congratulate Professionals Bankstown for the brilliant work done to sell our house. Sazer Younis and the team did a terrific job and got a quick sale in short period off time. We couldn’t believe that we would get a sale so quickly and a sale at the price we wanted. We highly recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property. All the best to the team. We need people like you to deliver. Keep up the good work.
To Sazer, Jimmy and the LJ Hooker Team at Chester Hill, We can't thank you enough for helping us achieve the best possible result for our beloved home at 111 Campbell Hill Rd. From the very beginning, you gentlemen made this process stress-free and guided us with relevant information throughout the entire process of the auction of our property. The honesty, hard working, informative and co-operative nature from the entire team and the marketing of the property allowed us to be comfortable in the knowledge that we were in the hands of experienced professionals. We would highly recommend Sazer and the LJ Hooker team at Chester Hill to anyone and everyone. Fantastic result and exceptional customer service from start to end of our sale campaign. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Couldn't have chosen more credible and brilliant agents with the sale of our home. Nothing is an issue. Sazer went out of his way to make us happy and get us the best price for our home. Sazer has a great knowledge of the real estate world, even creating a short presentation via email for us before we chose him for the sale of our home.Would highly recommend. Very professional and always happy to explain things that we didn't quite understand. Happy we chose Sazer with the sale of our home.
Sazer and Jo are true professional and experts at what they do which is to negotiate the best price and sell in the quickest time, very happy with their work, THANK YOU!
Your office through Joe had been in contact with my mother over several years however during this time mum was not ready to move on. The visits were always very professional with no high pressure. After mum's passing we contacted several local agents to try and gauge the current market. Again your office offered sound advice with competitive rates. The property was marketed in an extremely professional manner as was the auction which achieved results above expectations. The only area where improvement could be made was communications after open houses etc. due to the fact I do not reside in the local area. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your office to neighbours etc. Kind regards, Suzanne
We were very happy with Sazer and his team with the marketing and subsequent sale of our property. The campaign was very professional and weekly communication by both phone and email was very welcome.
