Shabina did an excellent job in selling my mother’s property. She is friendly, charming and tenacious and achieved a great result in a tough market. Shabina has a process that we were initially skeptical about, however she arranged for trades people to attend to the property with fresh paint and new carpet plus staging with furniture. The process was successful as the end result proved very popular with the target market. She was able to achieve a sale prior to auction and a price that set a street record. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shabina to any vendor.
I really like Shabina. Aside from being absolutely lovely to work with, she is professional and honest. Shabina is highly engaged with every aspect of the sale. She gives excellent advice as to decor. Her communication is excellent and the updates she provided me throughout the process far exceeded my expectations. She was also very willing to meet potential purchasers outside the specified inspection times (as a prospective purchaser I know that not all agents do this). She is transparent with both the vendor and potential purchasers. Shabina takes personal responsibility for the sale - she doesn’t palm you, or potential purchasers, off to an assistant. This was important to me and one of the reasons I selected Shabina. I wanted confidence that the real estate agent I met would be the person handling my sale. It was also important to me to engage an agent who could effectively negotiate a private sale. My property was a one bedroom apartment with no carpark so it only ever had a limited market. In the end there was only serious interest from one couple. Shabina effectively negotiated with them until they raised their price to a level that I was prepared to accept. Her capacity to negotiate effectively in these circumstances was critical to the sale proceeding. I would use Shabina for future sales and would recommend her to my friends and family.
