Honest and Trustworthy - I had personally met Shabina at the Open House while I was visiting Sydney and then I had to fly back overseas. We communicated over emails and on the telephone, Shabina was very honest and open about the situation as it developed. She was an excellent communicator and gave me all the confidence that she was updating me on an accurate and timely basis. She was able to build that trust and confidence right from the word go and throughout our dealings. Practical advice and workable solutions - we ran into some practical challenges with me being based overseas and we talked about what was needed and my handicapped position being overseas. She came up with a brilliant idea that got us over the line. The solution was a simple one but she impressed me with the quick thinking and going out of her way to assist us. I know it's often said that sometimes when buying a property, all the stars will have to be aligned, Shabina is clearly one of those Stars of the profession!
