Unfortunately, our experience with this sales agent was quite disappointing. From the beginning, there were issues with communication and consistency. She frequently forgot key details from our initial discussions about the sales approach, which made us feel like our concerns and preferences were not being taken seriously. One of the most surprising and frustrating moments was when she advised us not to bother presenting the house well for the home open. This goes against basic sales strategy and, in our view, showed a lack of care and expertise. First impressions matter, and this advice did not reflect a high standard of professionalism. After just one open home, when we didn’t receive the asking price, she strongly urged us to accept a lower offer. Rather than working with us on a longer-term strategy or adjusting the marketing, she seemed more focused on closing the deal quickly—regardless of what was in our best interest. Overall, we lost confidence in her ability to represent our property effectively. Her guidance often felt more beneficial to her than to us as the sellers. Professionalism, strategic thinking, and clear communication are essential in a real estate agent, and unfortunately, these were lacking in our experience.
