We want to sell. Who do we use? This is a really difficult question. Our research over some time made it clear who we would use. We thought he would be great but after some months he had not achieved success. The peak selling time was passing us by and the market was dropping back by the day. We decided we needed a new Sales Agency immediately. We retired our original agent. We called CB Real Estate Managing Director Allan Dabbagh and explained our problem because Christmas was 20 days away. We had a need to sell to settle our newly deposited retirement property in February. The dynamic enthusiasm to help was amazing. He visited us and within an hour we had sat down and had a professional marketing plan before us using on–line and print marketing for our promotion. They created, new photos and a video to add impact and they shared the cost. Four Sales people became immediately involved to sell the property, as against the one previously. The planned promotions and cost had many benefits and their enthusiasm provided immediate relief. Their first showing commenced 22 December 2017 as we left to go Cruising for Christmas. Between Christmas and New Year they had two buyers and when we returned on 3 January we finalised the sale. CB Real Estate Team worked for us during the holidays, preserved the buyer and gave us peace of mind and sold at a price that we were happy to receive.
