I can't speak too highly of the service provided by Shad and his team. He had a well thought-out strategy to market our property. He was confident but not complacent. When we weren't seeing the number of enquiries or inspections expected, he was quick to consult with us and recommend tweaks to the marketing which proved effective. This resulted in 6 registered buyers at auction and a sales price that was 13% above the reserve.
