Shad was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with property, whether buying or selling. We started the process of selling our house under normal circumstances, but then hit some real challenges due to an adjacent building site impacting our property. Shad was always calm and encouraging, unflustered by the challenges (which were unrelated to the sale, but had the potential to derail the sale). Shad was supportive and reliable for us as the sellers, for the tenants and for the buyer. He took us through the selling and negotiation process he proposed, listened and responded to our requests and kept us informed at every step. He treated our tenants with respect, recognizing it was their home, and had patience with both the tenants, and us, helping us to get the house ready for market despite the issues arising from next door. He sold at a price we had thought might not have been possible under the complex circumstances. We have previously had some very bad experiences with agents – but Shad did everything he possibly could to achieve a fantastic outcome while being just a really good and kind person at the same time.

He worked with us through an incredibly tricky sale that involved disastrous neighbouring building works and unprecedented deluges and still obtained a price far above our expectations.
