Shad was amazing and I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with property, whether buying or selling. We started the process of selling our house under normal circumstances, but then hit some real challenges due to an adjacent building site impacting our property. Shad was always calm and encouraging, unflustered by the challenges (which were unrelated to the sale, but had the potential to derail the sale). Shad was supportive and reliable for us as the sellers, for the tenants and for the buyer. He took us through the selling and negotiation process he proposed, listened and responded to our requests and kept us informed at every step.
