Shad’s reputation is well deserved. I didn’t use him in 2012 and regretted it for 10 years. When the opportunity arose again, he exceeded expectations. He didn’t over promise to get the contract or lose interest once he was signed. He was methodical, genuine, hardworking, amiable, insightful and not obnoxious. I trusted him to read buyers, handle objections (not weirdly) and close the deal 100%. I believe he got the best possible price and left no stone unturned. Thanks Shad. You’re the best
