Shad helped the reviewer sell this property

Thanks for all your effort and support "great job"

When your buying or selling if your agent could have one quality it would be honesty. Shad and his team were that and more. I live interstate so I was delighted when Shad said don't worry what ever you need done on your home let me know. True to his word cleaners, blind repairs, property maintenance, electrician was all taken care off without fuss. His feed back through the auction process was timely and informative I never felt "out of the loop" or needing to chase up. I said a number of times "great job" as that's exactly what they did a great job.
