We first had the pleasure of working with Shad in 2001 when buying our first home. As buyers, what impressed us most at the time was his ability to understand the emotion and financial commitment involved in our big decision. He did everything to guide, inform and reassure us and work towards the best outcome for us and the vendor. This positive experience stayed with us and when it was recently time to let go of our beloved home, Shad’s name immediately sprung to mind. As we’re now based o/seas and had plans to renovate pre-sale, it was crucial to leave our home in the care of someone whom we could trust. From the time of our initial call, Shad was on the case. Having been out of the property market for many years, we’d already done some homework but it was Shad who helped put things in order and in perspective for us. From the 1st video walk through so we could determine what work needed to be done, to helping us coordinate and oversee the required renovations, to the advertising campaign, etc, etc - Shad went well above and beyond anything we could ever have expected. Special shout out as well to his assistant Terri, who worked hard behind the scenes throughout the process. Between Shad, Terri and us, we felt the sale of our home –beautifully restored, presented and marketed – was a real team effort and the communication lines were open every step of the way. The number of viewings far exceeded our expectations and true to his word, our home was sold at a price and within a timeframe we couldn’t be happier with. We’ve now worked with Shad on the buy and sell side and both experiences have been amazing. He is a true professional and deserves the numerous accolades and success he has achieved to date.
