When I had questions about my impending purchase ( of the Adelphi property), Shad was available to talk to me, even while on holiday or off- day. This has happened on more than one occasion.

I've waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to see how everything would pan out but now, after settlement, I have to say that Shad is the man! When we were looking for a real estate agent, professionalism was the main key. We wanted to work with someone who was professional, quick and to the point. After speaking to a few other agents, we came across Shad @ Harcourts Real Estate. Shad and his team quickly exceeded our expectations. Their strategy and marketing were far better than all the others agents. also I don't think I ever waited longer than 30 minutes for a return phone call or a return email. I know they are a pretty successful team, but I always felt like I was their only client. I'd recommend Shad & Harcourts Real Estate to anyone I knew who was looking for an agent to sell.

Of the 1/2 dozen agents we 'interviewed", Shad fro Rouse Hill Harcourts, was 'Simply the best" From fist glance to the last phone call we were delighted to have dealings with them. Our calls were always answered and conversation never to much to entertain. I would strongly recommend(and have) their office if you are contemplating selling your property. Thanks Guys.
