I just wanted to say thank you to Shad and his team with our recent property purchase through his agency. Very enthusiastic, professional and has managed the process of facilitating our buying process of the property very well. Communication was constant and thorough to ensure we were able to lock everything down to buy our new apartment. Thank you.
Don't think twice about listing your property with Shad. A true professional when it comes to buying and selling your home. Explained how my property would be marketed and sold. Gave an idea of current market price. Regular updates through the selling period. Sold quickly and above market price. Very happy with Shad and the Harcourts team.
I had the pleasure of working with Shad, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From our first meeting to the finalisation of contracts, Shad made the entire process seamless. His expertise shines through in every aspect, from organising marketing to navigating negotiations. Trusting his advice led to amazing results for us. Dear Shad and Loren, I want to express my immense gratitude for the exceptional service we received during the process of purchasing our new house. Your professionalism and assistance from the outset were truly commendable. Every crucial milestone was not only met but also handled with great care. Your patience and personalised attention to all our inquiries made the entire experience seamless. I consider this level of service to be the epitome of excellence, and I wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone in need. Thank you once again for making our home-buying journey a positive and memorable one.
We have been seeing Shad more quite a few properties in Rouse Hill. And every time we interact with him, he interacted professionally and provided all the answers that he has, if not available at the moment made a point to get back to us in time. He did a fair negotiation on behalf of the vendor and buyer (us) and communicated affectively though the process of the purchase of property.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Shad McMillan from Harcourts and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received throughout the entire home-buying process. From the initial consultation to the end, Shad consistently went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
Shad McMillan from Harcourts, Rouse Hill did a fabulous job in showing me the house of my dreams. I am so happy with my purchase of 77 Milford Drive, Rouse Hill. As soon as I arrived at the property I knew this was the house I would love to live in. It was a pleasure dealing with Shad from the moment we met at the property up to the exchange of contracts. Shad is well known in the area and I would recommend Shad to be your real estate agent in selling your property without hesitation.
The whole team from Zach " The Associate" to Shad " The principle" made our selling experience hassle free, We sold quickly for a record price, Shad kept us informed every inch of the way. We didnt feel pressured to lower the price for a quick sale, they had confidence we would sell for the right price the house deserved. If your looking to sell in the Hills District, I reccommend you have a chat with Shad and his team at Harcourts Hillside.
