I had a mixed experience with this real estate agency. While the salesperson (Shaden Nouri)I worked with was excellent, the overall team and manager left much to be desired. Their reliability and commitment to customer satisfaction were lacking. I encountered several difficulties during the home-buying process, which left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
