Shae was really wonderful to me - not having had much to do with purchasing properties he made it very simple and straight forward. He was not condescending toward me for not having the money for an expensive property but engaged with my children and I in a genuinely professional and kind way. The tricky paper work and emails were all done in a formal yet relaxed manner, which makes it easy for me to rate Shea as 10/10 as a real estate agent. Probably the best thing about dealing with O'Reilly's is that they are a nice family who have been locals forever and they are not a sharky franchise only interested in financial gain - obvious by the way they treat their staff and their clients. He always kept us informed and was happy to answer all our questions but most importantly didn't bully us if we wanted to do something different to what was suggested.
