The team are on top of everything, professional, efficient, and made everything so seamless and stress free for us. Ray white team are extremely thorough in their final inspection checklist. Multiple videos are obtained for us during the inspection. All outstanding issues are followed up and fixed with videos before settlement. This is very honest, and we really appreciate this as we are interstate and have yet to visit the property. They provided us comfort and confidence in them. Previous agent wasn’t able to find a buyer for 2.5 months, then I decided not to sell it, but later on I had to sell my block due to not approving to loan to build the house, then I decided to use new agent call ray white and expert name is Shahbaj.
