He Did not allow me to do electrical and plumbing inspection before I bought the house , after buying realized it needed 5000$ in repairs on top due to no inspection allowed initially when i asked him for it specifically plumbing and electrical . He Said to me everything will be fixed as per building inspection and then after signing contract the guy says its not a major problem hence none of them can be fixed. He is a very chalak north indian guy to deceive the common man the likes of which is needed to survive in this industry. Zero stars if i could. Stay away is my honest advice
