Definitely will recommend Shahbaj if you'd like to put your property in the market and sold fast! I was surprised when he could manage to get about 25 couples turned up for the house open (he probably has long list of missed out buyers ). What an amazing numbers! With some offers on the table, the selling process after that was quite smooth and everything was under control.
