Shahbaj is easy to work with and quick in respond however, there are room for improvement especially when given advise to seller in term of putting the selling price, terms and conditions of the contract to avoid complication between buyer and seller. I also think he can do better in negotiating with buyer regarding price, term and conditions so to protect the benefit of the seller as I believe that is how the agent can get more listing.
