According to my own experience with Agent Shabaj Brar, He is a great agent, he helped me a lot particularly when i struggle for loan process time he suggest a mortgage broker to complete loan process. I would like to thank him. But at the time of final inspection time, that house was on sale for 8 months, lot of webs inside the house and weeds in front and courtyard about 1 meter to 1.6 meter height. I requested Mr.shabaj to tell land lord to clear. but he didn't. It was very hard to pull that weeds. Apart from that I was satisfied.
