Fast, Professional, Simplified - An Absolute Pleasure!!

This is the 4th property I've sold... but the 1st that was easy... I wish Shahbaj and his team had handled my previous sales. Shahbaj took the time to understand my personal situation at the very start and suggested a strategy to suit... I didn't even have to ask. From the initial meeting through to settlement, I was kept informed.. just the right amount of contact... not overloaded, and the settlement agent he referred was excellent. From offer to settlement was 14 days! I would also like to give Adele a special mention for her assistance with documents etc. as my laptop was in a box somewhere and I was unable to send or receive via email.~ I cannot recommend Shahbaj and his team highly enough. They were focused on my needs, got my asking price, and made what I was expecting to be a difficult and complicated process, easy and straightforward instead.
