Hi Rachna Verma,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the issues raised regarding your property were already identified and documented by your previous property manager before you placed the property on the market for sale. You were fully aware of these matters, and it was your choice not to have them rectified. In fact, your tenants had been very patient and kind in coping with these issues for a long time, despite them remaining unresolved.
With respect to communication, we take this very seriously. Our records show that most of your calls were returned within two hours. However, there were occasions where you contacted us around 9:00PM and expected us to speak with the buyer’s agent at that time, which was neither acceptable nor reasonable.
We also wish to note that you were given the option to obtain your own independent quotes for the repairs, but you chose not to. Furthermore, we consistently encouraged you to consult with your settlement agent or seek independent legal advice before making decisions, but you declined to do so.
While we understand that unexpected repair costs can be frustrating, these matters were not new or hidden, and had they been addressed earlier, the process would have been much smoother. Our team acted in the best interests of ensuring the sale proceeded successfully under the circumstances.
We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing professional service and transparency to all of our clients.
