Shahbaj Brar needs more training in writing contracts. He was not transparent with either of the parties concerned. Tenants of any rental property he is selling should be wary of anything he says. Getting any additional information from him was very hard, and at times not forthcoming at all. 4D Colby Way Thornlie - Putting address in here as we are unable to leave a review via reiwa, we were told he has marked the sold property as "off market" despite settlement taking place last week..... Do your homework before dealing with him. Documentation available upon request.
