Shahid has good knowledge about the market i saw is he is good marketer and negotator .He is punctual when any time when the inspection is done anf he advice how to sell the house within short period of time because of him we sold the house good time .Shahid knows which time and which area is at time good for selling the house this means that he can tell the exact price to sell regarding about the time and the area within specific time.
