A real people person

We first approached Shahid as we were interested in one of the properties he was selling. Unfortunately, that house had just gone under contract, but we had him come over to our house for a valuation. Our first impression from talking to him was that he really knows the area, he knows the market, and he's going to be open and honest with us. He is also highly professional, while able to see you as a person rather than just another sale. It's for this reason that we chose Shahid to sell our existing property while also working closely with him to find our next house. When we found this house we were instantly in love with it, but the problem was that the bottom of the asking range was at the max of our budget. After our offer initially being rejected, Shahid worked his magic behind the scenes, going above and beyond to secure the purchase for us.
