We were first home buyers, desperate to find our forever home. We approached a number of agents to assist us, however as the market is so hot we couldnt find an agency that really cared...we were simply another buyer to them of which they had plenty. That was until we met Shakti. He dedicated an afternoon showing us properties and we finally decided on a new (first) home. During the settlement period, Shakti responded to all communication promptly, as we had a lot of questions regarding the process. We moved in a little over 3 weeks ago and you would think that is where the service ends - well it doesnt.
