We were very impressed with Shaktika's services. She was pretty much on the money with the estimation, knows the market in Blacktown very well. We have no concerns with recommending Shaktika's services to any future seller. We will definitely have Shaktika Singh to sell other properties in the near future. Thank You Shaktika for your hard work for achieving the best price for us on sale of 268 Bungarribee Road Blacktown NSW 2148 Without your assistance we wouldn't have imagined getting $702500 for a property that is situated on a main road in Blacktown. We will highly recommend your services to our friends and family members. Regards Navjot & Gurjit

Dear Shaktika, I would like to thank you for the securing an outstanding price for the sale of our family home In Abigail Street, Seven Hills. I had absolutely no intention of putting our family home on the market when I went to Toongabbie shopping centre on a Saturday morning to buy bread. It was the first time I had noticed Century 21 Eternity new office. Some force, gut feeling, inner voice pulled me into Shaktika’s office. Within 2 hours of making my initial enquiry, Shaktika was at my home – ready to give me a valuation on our family home where we had lived for 27 years. Impressed with per prompt attention to immediately follow up my enquiry and guide us through the selling process, we decided Shaktika was the right person to sell our home for us. Shaktika’s valuation was based not on market value – but the size, potential and location of our property. When a interested buyer strung us along for 4 days without making a commitment, Shaktika cut to the chase, and with our agreement cancelled their contract. Within one hour of our property profile being updated online – Shaktika had secured a new buyer. Contract of Sale was signed and deposit made. Our house was SOLD in 6 days. Reaching a record price for this area. If you are considering selling your home – I can highly recommend Century 21 Eternity to work both with you and for you to get the best price and find the right buyer for your property.
