I used Shan and his colleague Curtis to sell my Gungahlin apartment. It was my first time selling a property and at a difficult time of the year, so I was a bit nervous going in. Shan put all of my nerves at ease, walked me through the process from start to finish without ever speaking down to me, and was always available when I had questions or concerns. Shan never over promised and always delivered, and I found the whole experience very straight forward. We sold my property for more than I was expecting to make, and I found Shan's fees to be very reasonable when compared with other agents. All in all I am really thankful to Shan for all of his help and for his customer service through this process, and I would happily work with him again in the future.
