We are not certain about the market before the sales campaign. It was a easy decision to go with Shan and his team as they offered a great property management services for us and a quality long tenant for my apartment. $2,000,000 was definitely above our expectation and set a new suburb record for 3 bedroom apartment in Rhodes. I m an overseas buyer who purchase this property off the planback in 2014,and paid 30% deposit. For personal reason and bank lending restrictions,this noway we could settle the property on time.But it was so great that Shan has successfully sold the property prior to the settlement to a local purchaser.I have not lost the initial deposit but making some profits too.The selling process is hastle free and really appreciate Shan's team work.Great experience.I still owe him a nice meal if he come to Shanghai.
