Personable, professional and right there with us every step of the way...

Shandell helped us understand every step of the process, what was required of us and what she would be doing for us. She was very reassuring throughout our many questions and clearly had significant experience guiding her insights and suggestions that ultimately helped produce a very favourable sale for us. With a lot of memories and deep emotions surrounding our beautiful home, Shandell was an exceptional communicator, listening deeply and being timely and available in all her responses to us throughout the sale process. Kind, helpful, professional and incredibly responsive
