Little to no consideration for the seller who are the one's who are his clients to the point that the gift for congratulations on the sale which looked lovely was filled with expired items. What happened when we advised them? Crickets chirping. The house was sold however the experience was completely awful. Can not be relied on in terms of providing services from professionals to fix any issues identified in building reports, yes it was an old house less than great condition but when thousands of dollars are reliant on works being undertaken in a reasonable timeframe, not very helpful at all. I expected someone with the gift of the gab which he definitely does have however I expected someone to be focused on my best interests. He'll sell your home absolutely but if you don't want to be curled in a ball crying, maybe consider someone with a focus on the sellers benefit.
