To be frank, I really lost 50k to 100k when I present my property to Shane. Immediately he found the buyer before going to the market and convinced me its the highest price what I get for my propety and forced me to sign the contract asap. After entering the contract, when I did the research I lost about 50k to 100k. They adivsed I can't back off from contract, In addition I paid him expensive agent fees upto 15k. I lost nearly 20k from my pocket due to my decision to gave my property to Shane. Be careful.
