The last 6 months turned out to be a more difficult period than I had anticpated - what with Covid and sudden close downs affecting not only potential buyers but also resident tenants. Shane and his team were responsive to the changing environment and flexible with solutions to satisfy some unexpected last minute requirements that ensured the property reflected its attractive, quiet, and trouble free history and location. Shane was attentive to my needs to know what was going on (as I live on the other side of the country) and was always upfront about what was happening and suggested sensible/doable options if things needed to change. He was also frank about things that just needed time. Shane and his team liaised effectively and speedily with the property management agents as required and their recommendations for conveyancing solicitors was very much appreciated...given how busy everyone is at the moment. Everything connected with the presentation, sale and settlement of the property ran smoothly and Shane met my timeline for completion by the end of the FY. I am very grateful....thank you all very much.
