I started with another agent. She came to my house and looked. Not appreciating the house and arguing with me for non important small things. And said the price I wanted is too high and she left. Then covid lock down week came in. At the same weekend once it ends he had only and first home open. Received offers and negotiated up price and sold. Very quick. He knows market. He took it to right group of buyer. Very professional. This man's future is limitless. His secretary Julie Read is also very organised, helpful and professional. I don't believe this sale is quick because of the market, more because of this Superman. Poor lady missed out.
