I have found Shane to be an excellent communicator, great knowledge and experience in the property industry but most importantly for us he is reliable, honest and trustworthy. He kept us up to date with the progress of home opens, great feedback on peoples opinions of the unit. Even with the property under offer he has still kept us up to date with everything. The Market isn't good and we aren't getting exactly what we want BUT this is not his fault. We highly recommend Shane when looking to buy or sell.
