Shane and his team were super helpful and quick in getting docs ready to challenge banks assessment, which saved me 6.5K even before I went with Shane as my agent. Upfront with the situation in the market and the best strategy to use to sell quick. We had just the right amount of communication, which kept the whole process on track. While Shane charges more than what the market average dictates, he and his team delivered promised results in the promised time frame, which rare in this industry.
