If you want a fast sale you need to work with Shane. He and his assistant are great, they work hard to get your house sold. Our house was sold in 10 days, he thought outside the box when it came to for sale signs as we live on a busy road and people do not have the time to read lengthy boards. Sometimes you may not be able to get through to Shane on the phone immediately, but he or his assistant will get back to you very quickly. His knowledge of the area is fantastic and he listened to the concerns we had about selling in this market.
