Shane provided us with professional, efficient, realistic, honest and direct service for simultaneous sale and purchase of properties in Perth metro. My previous agent failed to succeed in the sale and Shane managed to identify and lodge an offer within 2 weeks of the property being advertised. The sale was not without difficulty and Shane remained calm and negotiated with three other parties to ensure the sale and purchase went ahead without penalty to me as the client.

I chose to have 3 appraisals before I made a decision on which agent I would choose to sell my Mother's property. Shane did the second appraisal and I was very impressed with his professional attitude , I was presented with an envelope which gave me an insight into his experience as an agent. Out of the 3 agents he was just so positive and he was also willing to market the property at a higher price even though the other agents had pointed out that the market was tough and a high price would put people off. I was also very pleased with the photographs that were taken of the property. I was so amazed at how quickly the property went under offer and Shane was always in communication from start to finish. I am already telling anyone I meet if they want to sell a property to contact Shane, I have given his card to one of my Mum's friends that is how satisfied I was with the whole process.

Shane was very professional and easy to do business with. He would always return your call, any questions asked were answered and if he didn't know the answer he always got back to you in good time with an answer. Showing us through the apartment was never too hard, he was always accommodating with when we could look at it and he followed up after each visit to the apartment for feedback but we never found him to be too pushy.
