Very grateful to Shane for getting this property sold. The first offer fell through when the buyers finance was declined. Shane had worked so hard in negotiating the best sale price in that senario too. Was then a very nervous wait til the next offer. Shane was very switched on getting marketing, inspections, home opens etc back up and running. Then knew exactly the right questions to ask to find serious buyers with the right credentials. And now achieved an amazing result for me.
