Enthusiastic and Positive Representitive

Shane was a very enthusiastic and driven sales representative for our home in Thornlie. While we feel there were some miscommunications between accepting the offer and date of settlement (with people needing access and keys to the home) it was overall a positive experience. We would also like to thank Ella Humphreys as she was on the ball and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Thank you!
