Shane Beaumont is one of the best property agents I have ever met in my life. He is so knowledgeable, yet very humble and goes out all the way to help his clients. I bought a property in Gosnells and both his assistant Maria and Shane helped me to achieve my goal. They were so honest about their property report and rectified any repairs that have to be made even though I used a property inspector known to them. Shane and his assistant Maria acted without any prejudice for both the sellers and buyers and did the right thing. I won't hesitate to say Shane Beaumont is really the expert of this Gosnells suburb and the surrounding suburbs linking to Gosnells.
