Agent is naturally geared towards the seller than the buyer, which is understandable in this climate market. Had background information about the property, and after inspection when questions asked, agents were unable to provide information which I thought as a seller's agent should know. Just the standard transaction of purchasing and typical sales tactics to ensure a deal is committed with commission to be gained.

Everything we know about the property was disclosed, documented and even included on the contract and we have reached out every week several times seeing if you need anything at all to assist. Required items noted on the building report were also immediately confirmed to be rectified. This is the first we have heard of anything in these multiple follow ups but will reach out again now for you.
