Shane is considered an Aristocrat amongst his peers having worked in sales and marketing for over 35 years. Shane’s started out his career as a Sales Manager in Sydney and PNG, moving into Real Estate in 2003. In 2007 Shane acquired part ownership of the business (Dowling Real Estate, Toronto).
Since divesting his share in the business to LJ Hooker Toronto, Shane remains with LJ Hooker as a Sales Executive and is now able to devote his time and expertise to his clients.
Through past experience in marketing, Shane’s attention to detail and ability to create sound marketing strategies for his clients illustrates his understanding of the finer points of presentation.
Both respected and experienced, Shane is known for his ethical and honest approach to real estate. Shane is a straight shooter whose commitment to customer service has seen him consistently achieve results beyond expectation.
Having lived in the Rathmines area for over 20 years, Shane is a familiar face within the local community. Shane is an active member of various sporting, social clubs and associations within his local area.
