When we first discussed with Shane the possibility of selling our house, his advice could have not been more honest. Now is not the time to sell were his words, if you can delay for a while you will have a much better result. 6 months later when we were discussing the market again his advice was that now was the time to sell. Everyone said we would not get the price we wanted, especially on a COVID environment of 2020. Not only did we get the price we wanted, we sold in only a week and a half on the market. I couldn't be happier with the advice, service and professionalism that Shane and the team offered to us, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with the utmost care and integrity. It is nice to feel that your agent is truly working on your behalf and we certainly felt this with Shane and his team. Shane knows the market back to front. He works incredibly hard, has an honest, open approach and keeps you constantly updated. He then manages to get the highest possible price for your property. I simply can’t recommend him too much. I’ve never seen any other agent use his approach and it clearly works as shown by the remarkable results he gets.
