Shane has sold 3 properties for us in 3 years. The complexity of each sale has increased and the latest one required very deft handling due to some unexpected issues with the property. Despite this, he was able to negotiate a better than expected price for me (the vendor). The interstate buyer who bought the property with only a "virtual" inspection" was also delighted when he finally inspected it in person. (The water views from the end of the block also probably helped!) Shane's communication skills are always excellent and his advice impeccable. A mark of his excellence is that in all 3 transactions, both the vendor and buyers have been more than happy with the outcomes.

Shane was very good at communicating to us the overall process and then following up through the sale and settlement as to what stage we were up to. After a successful purchase of a house from Shane, I was so happy with the result, I also engaged him to sell my villa.
